if one activity cannot start until another finishes then that is the next day. The ES for C and B should be 4 since A completes on day 3. Also, I dont agree that an activity day starts on day zero in reality, it begins on day 1. Thus, throwing off this entire schedule before even moving onto the 2nd activity(s).
